Information, estimates and the AI assistant
Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
Quote estimator. Ranges produced by the estimator are indicative only, based on the options you select and published assumptions. They are not an offer or a quotation. A binding price is only provided in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
Starting prices. Any starting prices shown on the Site are examples of typical entry points and may change without notice. They do not bind either party.
AI assistant. The website assistant answers from approved QualiteSoft content and may decline questions outside that scope. Its answers can be incomplete or out of date and are not a substitute for speaking with our team. Do not rely on the assistant for contractual, legal or security-critical decisions.
Enquiries, proposals and service agreements
Submitting a form, requesting an estimate or booking a call does not create a contract for services. Any engagement — fixed project, dedicated team, staff augmentation, QA-as-a-Service, AI consulting or maintenance — is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or master services agreement, which prevails over these website terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any files or third-party information you upload.
Careers and freelance applications
Applications submitted through the Site are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor relationship, and we do not guarantee a response time beyond our stated aim of replying within one business day.
