Kay (Kuldeep) Singh founded QualiteSoft after 14+ years in IT pre-sales, business development and delivery, including time inside a CMMI Level 5 organisation — where process discipline, written acceptance criteria and evidence-based quality are the norm rather than the exception.
That background shaped a simple conviction: clients do not need another vendor who says yes to everything. They need a senior partner who scopes honestly, builds in stages they can see, and tests properly before anything reaches a customer.
QualiteSoft is that partner. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. There is no bench of juniors behind a sales layer, and no bait-and-switch after the contract is signed.
We are AI-first by practice, not by slogan. We have shipped an AI career-coaching platform where every insight must cite the member's own answers, and we bring the same grounding, guardrails and evaluation discipline to every AI integration we build.

Our process
Seven steps from Discover to Scale — each with capped hours, written acceptance criteria and a walkthrough before we move on. You stay in control of scope and spend at every boundary.
Capped hours per stage
Every stage has a not-to-exceed hour cap. New scope requires written approval before work begins.
Written acceptance criteria
You approve what 'done' means before development starts, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Walkthrough before the next stage
Each stage ends with a demo and sign-off. Nothing moves forward without you seeing it.
Stop after any stage
You are never locked in. End the engagement at any stage boundary with working software in hand.
Regressions fixed at no charge
A baseline checklist is recorded at stage one. Anything our new work breaks, we fix on our time.
