Why we cap every stage, write acceptance criteria before development starts, and let clients stop at the end of any stage.

International clients hiring a remote team have one fair question: how do I stay in control of cost and quality? Our answer is process, not promises.

Acceptance criteria first

Before a stage starts you receive, in writing, what 'finished' means item by item. We do not start until you have agreed.

Capped hours, no automatic overruns

Each stage is capped at its quoted hours. If a stage reaches its cap before the criteria are met, work pauses, we show where the hours went, and we agree together what to adjust. Cost only changes for new scope, with written approval.

Regression is our responsibility

If something works today and our change breaks it, fixing it is ours at no charge. A baseline checklist at stage one records what worked at the start.

Stop at any stage

Each stage ends with your walkthrough and approval. You can stop at the end of any stage with no commitment to later ones.

Why it works

It forces clear scoping, keeps demos honest and makes the relationship about outcomes rather than hours.
